We want you to love your LEGO wall mount as much as we love designing them. While our products are made to order and carefully inspected before dispatch, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Here’s how we handle exchanges and refunds:
📦 Made-to-Order Products
- All wall mounts are made to order to accommodate fluctuating demand.
- Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in texture or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- We ship domestically within Australia via Australia Post.
- Delivery typically takes up to 6 business days, though remote areas may experience longer transit times.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@geckobricks.com.au.
- Include photo evidence of the issue to help us assess eligibility for a refund or exchange.
- Do not return any items before contacting us — we’ll guide you through the next steps.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Returns are accepted for defective or misprinted items, even if opened and assembled — provided they haven’t been damaged during assembly.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not provide return labels or instructions; the return process must be managed by the customer.
⏳ Timeframes
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 28 days of delivery.
💳 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- No items are categorically non-refundable — each case is assessed individually.
