Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gecko Bricks Australia, we stand by the quality of our engineered mounting solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (new and unused) and in its original packaging.

By Mail: Items sent back to us must be mailed to: 37/2 Hoyle Avenue, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154, AU.

Return Labels: Once your return is authorised, we will email you a digital return label. You can print this at home or present the QR code at any Australia Post office.
- For Change of Mind: The product must be in a new and unused condition.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a Venator mount but received a Concorde mount), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
