Gecko Bricks Shipping Policy
Order Processing All Gecko Bricks products are 3D printed, inspected, and packed at our Hills District, NSW facility. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note: During peak promotional periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or major new LEGO® release weeks), our print farm runs at maximum capacity, and processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!
Australian Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship nationwide across Australia. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, estimated transit times are as follows:

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Rural and remote deliveries may occasionally experience slight delays beyond these estimates.
Order Tracking Once your package is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update and show movement in the carrier's system.
Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging our 3D-printed mounts securely. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, or has not arrived within the estimated timeframes, please contact us immediately at info@geckobricks.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate with the courier and ensure you are taken care of.
